Return Process for FIVE2 Christian Apparel
We stand behind every piece of Christian apparel we create. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Below is our full return and refund policy—designed to keep your experience with FIVE2 easy, honest, and hassle-free.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit.
Eligible Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition received
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Original packaging included
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Item must have been purchased at full price
- Items marked FINAL SALE, IMPERFECT, or otherwise are not returnable
Return Fees & Shipping Costs
- There is a $5 Return Fee for items returned for exchange or merchandise credit
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at help@five2.co.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
FIVE2 provides merchandise credit or exchanges only for eligible returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your merchandise credit or prepare your exchange.
This is typically completed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
For manufacturing defects (broken zipper, holes in seams, etc.), please send photos to help@five2.co.
We offer replacements for verified manufacturing defects at no additional cost.
Wear-and-tear or washing issues are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked FINAL SALE or IMPERFECT
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Incorrect Shipping Address / Returned Mail
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- FIVE2 is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address
- Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense
- Packages marked “delivered” by USPS but not received are the customer’s responsibility to locate
- FIVE2 does not provide refunds for lost packages
Lost Packages
FIVE2 does not issue refunds on lost packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to work with USPS to locate the package.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are at the sole discretion of FIVE2.
Because orders often ship quickly, cancellation may not be possible once an order is processed.
Email help@five2.co as soon as possible to see if the order can be changed or canceled.
Coupons & Promotions
- All sale items are final sale
- Coupons and promotional codes cannot be combined or stacked
- Coupons or promotional codes cannot be applied to previous purchases
