How do I choose the right size?

When will my order arrive?
FIVE2 orders ship from Los Angeles. Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Shipping details.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible full-price items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit, rather than a cash refund. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Sale, FINAL SALE and IMPERFECT items are excluded. Request approval before returning; customers pay return postage. Return eligibility and instructions.
Do you offer free shipping?
U.S. orders over $85 and Canadian orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. U.S. orders under $85 ship for a flat $10. Check the final shipping charge at checkout. Shipping details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email help@five2.co immediately with your order details and photos. FIVE2 will evaluate the issue and cover return shipping when a return is required for a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Verified manufacturing defects qualify for replacement at no additional cost. Return eligibility and instructions.
