We stand behind every piece of Christian apparel we create. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our return and refund policy—designed to keep your experience with FIVE2 easy, honest, and hassle-free. Because bold faith should come with bold customer care.

Return Process for FIVE2 Christian Apparel

At FIVE2 we want you to be stoked with your order. We happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase from FIVE2 for an exchange or merchandise credit. Items must meet the below criteria to be considered an eligible return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must have been purchased at full price, not at a discount. Items marked as "FINAL SALE", "IMPERFECT" or otherwise are not returnable.

There is a $5 Return Fee for items returned for a merchandise credit or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to a return and/or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Incorrect shipping Address / Returned Mail

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. FIVE2 is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to FIVE2 may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with USPS. FIVE2 is NOT liable to issue refunds on lost packages.

Lost Packages

FIVE2 does NOT issue refunds on lost packages. It is the customers responsibility to locate the lost package.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are at FIVE2 sole discretion. Our goal is to ship orders promptly, so it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is processed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email at help@five2.co to see if we can change, cancel, or correct the order before it ships.

Coupons and Sales

All sale items are final. Coupons, promotional codes and sales may not be stacked or combined. Coupons or promotional codes will not be applied to existing orders following purchase.

Manufacturing Flaw

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (broken zipper, hole in seam, etc.), please take photos of the item and submit to customer service athelp@five2.co. We do not consider wear and tear or washing issues defective. We offer replacement of defective items at no additional cost to you, subject to proof of purchase and damage.
